Delivery Information

Date of shipment promised at any time prior to actual shipment is based on our best judgment at the time said date is given and may be changed by Purely RODI on account of circumstances both within and beyond Purely RODI reasonable control. Under no circumstances will Purely RODI assume responsibility for any damages or claims resulting from delays in delivery.

ALL WATER SYSTEMS SHOULD BE MONITORED FOR POTENTIAL LEAKS FOR A PERIOD NOT LESS THAN 72 HOURS UPON INSTALLATION TO VERIFY PROPER LEAKFREE OPERATION.

Product Returns

To obtain service under this warranty, the defective system or components must be returned to Purely RODI with proof of purchase, installation date, failure date and supporting installation data. Any product to be returned to the factory must be sent freight prepaid; documentation supporting the warranty claim and a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number must be submitted and included in the box. Purely RODI will not be liable for shipping damages due to the improper packaging of the returned equipment and all returned goods must also have adequate insurance coverage and a tracking number.

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 3 days of you receiving your products. Inspect all of your products for obvious damages within 3 days of receiving them.

WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED – Claims for error in quantity or condition must be made within 10 days of receipt of materials. Purely RODI, Inc. will not be responsible for any claimed shortages not reported within 10 days.

SHIPPING DAMAGES –  If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.
If there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us so we can approve a Return.
Purely RODI, Inc. cannot be held liable for damage or loss to a shipment by a freight carrier. Check shipment for damages before acceptance or note on freight bill subject to inspection for concealed damage. Consignee must file claim.

ORDERED WRONG PRODUCT – If you made an error and ordered the wrong products and wish to return the product; you will need to contact us before submitting a return.

Returns of incorrectly ordered products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
